Why rose quartz is part of my ritual
I love the blush colour, the smooth feel of the stone and the meaning people have connected with rose quartz over time. In crystal traditions, it is often associated with love, compassion and self-kindness. For me, it is a beautiful reminder to bring that same care to a quiet moment with myself.
The crystal meaning is symbolic and personal. This ritual is about the experience of self-care, not a promise of healing or a skincare result.

Three simple steps
01 · Apply
Start with the oil roller
On clean skin, roll a small amount where you want it and follow the product directions. For the under-eye area, apply along the orbital bone only, keeping it away from eyes, eyelids and lash line. Patch test first.
02 · Massage
Glide with the roller and Gua Sha
Use gentle pressure and slow strokes over the face and neck. Keep the Gua Sha relatively flat against the skin. Use with your preferred serum, facial oil or moisturiser for slip.
03 · Rest
Finish with the eye mask
Rest the mask gently over closed eyes while you unwind. Refrigerate first if you prefer a cooler feel. Wipe clean and dry after use.
